Karl Conger   (Head Coach of 8U & 10U) established the Bombers organization in 2020 with a vision to build fine young student-athletes, with an emphasis on effort, attitude, and commitment. When he’s not at the baseball diamond, basketball court, or football field he can be found spending quality time with his family and handling his CEO duties for DKC Construction. This hardworking, dedicated husband and father of 5 to Jordyn, Beckett, Jace, Boomer, and Saylor, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Bomber’s organization. Karl's leadership is instrumental in shaping and developing young athletes both on and off the field.
